By accessing or using Cinexa ("the Service"), you agree to these placeholder Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Final terms will be issued following review by a qualified legal professional.

Cinexa provides a cinematic pre-production and AI production workspace. Features, modules and AI provider availability may change without notice while the Service is in development.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of stories, characters, scenes, shots, storyboards, prompts and generated outputs you create or upload to Cinexa. You grant Cinexa a limited license to process this content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

Cinexa orchestrates third-party AI providers to generate images, video, audio and text. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts, references and uploaded materials comply with applicable laws and the terms of each AI provider.

You agree not to use Cinexa to create unlawful, infringing, defamatory or non-consensual content, or to attempt to disrupt the Service or other users.

AI generation may consume credits. Pricing, credit packs and subscription terms will be finalized prior to general availability. During the current phase, credit and billing behavior is provided as a preview and may change.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Cinexa does not guarantee that generated outputs will be accurate, appropriate or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinexa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email.
