Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us through the Contact page within a reasonable period and we will review the request in good faith.
Credits and AI Generation
Credits consumed by completed AI generations are generally non-refundable, as third-party provider costs are incurred at execution. Cinexa includes credit-check confirmations, error handling and retry controls to help avoid unintended spend.
Failed Jobs
Where a generation fails due to a Service-side issue, we may, at our discretion, restore the corresponding credits.
