Account information you provide (such as name, email and profile details), content you create in your projects, AI prompts and references, and operational metadata required to run the Service.

To operate the Service, authenticate users, orchestrate AI generation jobs, surface activity history, send transactional messages and improve product reliability.
Sharing With AI Providers
When you trigger generation, prompts and selected references may be sent to third-party AI providers you have enabled (for example, OpenAI, Runway, Pika). Provider terms apply to that processing.
Storage and Security
Account data and project content are stored on a managed cloud backend with row-level access controls. See the Security page for additional details about app-visible controls.
Retention
We retain project content while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated content; final retention timelines will be confirmed in the reviewed policy.
Your Choices
You can access, edit or delete content within your projects, manage team membership, revoke client review packages and contact us with privacy requests through the Contact page.
Children
Cinexa is not directed to children. Do not use the Service if you are under the age required to consent in your jurisdiction.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be communicated through the Service or via email.
